May 5, 2011

The jury in the bogus case against Edgar Steele is deliberating today, May 5, 2011, as the Jamie Kelso Show looks at some of the testimony in the case which began on April 26, 2011 in Boise, Idaho. Kelso will be back, live, on May 6 with a further report that will most probably include the verdict of the now-deliberating jury. This May 6 program will thus be a celebration of a just acquittal or a consideration of the egregious grounds for an appeal that Judge B. Linn Winmill gave to the defense when he repeatedly blocked the efforts of the Steele defense attorneys, McAllister and Amendola, to present their key witness, the world-renowned audio expert George Papcun, to the jury in order to discredit the key prosecution “evidence”, which consisted of audio recordings.
