Jamie Kelso’s April 5, 2011 show is devoted to the monumental victory for patriots that Sheriff Richard Mack won on June 27, 1997 when he prevailed as petitioner at the U.S. Supreme Court in Mack v. United States. Justice Antonin Scalia wrote one of the best Supreme Court decisions ever made when he found that our Tenth Amendment makes State and County governments sovereign and independent of the federal government’s control. The Tenth Amendment reads so simply and unequivocally: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Kelso got to talk with Sheriff Mack after his appearance in Grand Forks, North Dakota on April 2.
