August 4, 2010

On August 4, 2010 Jamie Kelso recalls the experience of being at the Feb. 19, 2010 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), when Ron Paul crushed the Neocons with his 31% victory in the straw poll among 10,000 right-wing activists who broke all attendance and voting records this year. Even with his mega-millions of buyoff money, Mitt Romney could only manage a 22% second place. And Sarah Palin got only 9% of the vote. Kelso can’t wait for the Feb. 2011 CPAC straw poll, when the Ron Paul Campaign for Liberty machine, numbering over 100,000 volunteers should steamroller the biggest right-wing event of the year even more completely. Consider, that by Feb. 2011 Ron’s son Rand Paul will already have won a U.S. Senate seat from Kentucky and have been sworn in a few blocks away at the U.S. Capitol in January 2011. You can be sure that Sen. Rand Paul will bring down the house at CPAC 2011 in February. Does all of this bode well for the American Third Position? You bet!
